Is my data shared with other users?
No. Each organisation is a boundary at the database level, and your documents are indexed only for you. Nothing you upload is used to train a model.
Does it move money or place trades?
No. It has no connection to a broker or a bank that could execute anything. It reads, organises and proposes; every write to the book waits for a confirmation.
What can it actually read?
Pitch decks, term sheets and shareholder agreements, bank and broker statements, founder reports, board minutes, KPI packs and tax documents. It reads the wording, not just the file name.
Does the AI decide for me?
No, and it will not pretend to. It maps what is known, says what is contested, and shows its sources. Buy and sell calls are not something it makes.
What kinds of investment does it handle?
Cash, stocks, funds, bonds, real estate, private equity, venture capital, crypto, collectibles, pensions and insurance-linked holdings, together with the debt against them.
